关键是这一段。既然城市法规规定要批准才能聚会，违反了的当然要罚款。我个人认为
查经活动符合这个规定范围。尤其是经常性的活动。

例如对比一下，中国是马列奉行，那么在家里党员们聚会学习马列，怎么会违法？
美国基督教奉行，基督徒门家里学习圣经，怎么会违法？
撒旦掌权的世界，连基督徒的国家都要妥协了，世界末日已近了。
