Starting from this verse, Jesus's teaching was sometimes figurative. When w
e look at a verse, the problem is always whether to interpret it literally o
r figuratively. Jesus liked to tell parables. Jesus (and also the John the
baptist) never wanted to clarify his true identity. Otherwise, trinity sho
uld not be a debatable issue in history (and so many people were killed for
this doctrine). But some of Jesus's teaching is very clear. "love your nei
ghbor", "love god", "I am the truth"…. |

Jesus did not make it clear. We should not add things on his clear teaching

Then Mellennial Kingdom was clearly written in Rev. 20. From Augustine to J
ohn Calvin, doctrines were made to deny the literal interpretation of satan
binding and 1000 years kingdom.

I don't understand this verse. Many people saw Jesus's miracles and began t
o believe in his name (I am thinking about Master Li. Hehe). But Jesus did
not have faith in them, or Jesus hided some knowledge from them. Why? The
whole gospels said whoever believe in his name will be saved. Does John 2:2
4 contradict the basic doctrine? |

因为你们不是我的羊。 约 10:27 我的羊听我的声音,我也认识他们,他们也跟着我。
并不是所有的人都会得救。
