Cycling star Lance Armstrong (USA) walked away with the victory at today’s
SuperFrog Triathlon on Coronado Island in Southern California. Armstrong
exited the 1.2-mile swim a couple of minutes back of the leaders, which
included Australia’s Leon Griffin, and worked his way up on the bike. He
posted the fastest 56-mile bike split of the day in 2:02:48 to establish a
new bike course record, but he did not pass Griffin before T2. He started
the run a few seconds behind the Australian and quickly took over the lead
on the tough, sandy 13.1-mile run course.
Armstrong was first across the line with a new course record. Griffin
finished second. |

人穿了。
他说自己是old school的。
我现在觉得jammer不是很cool. 我是不是也算old school 了？

另外不是Ironman 系列的比赛，比如半铁，最好用 Half Iron. 70.3 应该被WTC 注册
了吧。

Designed by the Navy SEALs in 1979, SUPERFROG Triathlon is the first and
