company, got 164$ credit, but Hertz don't think so.
I called Hertz many times, not cooperative at all. The dispute has been going
on for 10 months. Can't believe Hertz has such a bad custmer services.
Personally, I would not use Hertz anymore. | n********g

Last time I BBBed, they sent me an apology letter, gave the overcharged amount
back to my credit card, and gave me $25 voucher for next rental.
