flight due to air traffic control. You depended on us to get you to Dallas-
Fort Worth when we say we will and I apologize for this inconvenience.
This was not the experience that we wanted you to have and we want to regain
your trust. I hope you will accept an Appreciation Offer on the next screen
, as our way to apologize for your inconvenience.

有一次早上10点的航班，delay 到下午5点，中间换了两次飞机，还是没飞，后来很多
美国乘客都自行回家休息了(Houston),第二天早上再飞。 我排队好久终于拿到一晚旅
馆住宿。很多人只好机场过夜，没有补偿 |

发帖数: 465 | 8 如果是我，不管怎样还是要上UA网站投诉。个人的经历是有可能获得更多的赔偿。但前
提应该是暂不能接受目前给你的certificate。楼上说Skywest不会给更多赔偿，因为我
不了解Skywest，所以不知道你投诉是否会有结果了。
个人感觉好多时候UA的maintenance problem是借口，目的是为了减少飞行成本，故意
取消乘客数量少的航班或合并两个航班。但我不知道这种猜想是否是小人之心。
