We chose USA transfer because so many people had great experiences with them
. However, this is not our case. We paid them for round trip transfer but
the driver refused to pick us up from hotel and we ended up calling a cab
ourselves. The driver supposed to pick us up at 5:45a and we had some
troubles to wake up 2 young kids and asked him to wait for 15 mins. He
replied with really bad attitude that he still has other customers to pick
up and will only wait for 10 mins. I asked him that this taxi should be a
dedicated pick up for us how come you still have other customers to pick up.
He kept saying only 10 mins because other customers at Playa del Carmen
waiting (hello? we are at Westin Lagunamar?). I tried to talk to him but he
hung up the phone. I then called the company and left a voice message but no
one get back to me. USA transfer is a complete bait and switch scam for the
round trip pick up. First give a good discount for round trip but cant
honor the return trip so the customers are paying whatever price for one way
. I filed a complaint on their website but they dont care to response. Be
aware when you choose them for airport transfer!!! |

还送别人去机场,有可能对方飞机起飞比较早,所以不能等. |

are entitled to be late? If you are not sure you can be on time, don't book
it ahead of time and pay the premium service.
Those drivers work hard to make a living and I think you should be more
understanding...

前一天还电话确认的。可是到时司机把我给忘了。 十分钟内联系到司机，都不肯回头
接我。最后打的士去的。到机场后投诉，居然没有下文。 司机态度也不好。最后机场
人员说那是外包的。。。不了了之。。。 |
