那到底要不要呢，
加拿大网站说如果通过VAC center申请就要交这个fee，可是我们网申算么？
刚收到寄护照的信。不太确定。

you will see what you need.
the other post I just forwarded here has a good summary. that's to NYC
office. but you can make your own choice. either LA or NYC.

买个34.10的money order,寄给PA的地址，然后copy receipt
连同通知信，护照，还有一个content form寄给NYC
自己要给回程的信封
我想问的是为了省钱，回程可以提哦那个priority mail不，那个只要几块钱，反正我
也不等时间。
