但2009年的CBP工作手册Page19上则说，
Have remained and intend to resume the same visitor status
以哪个为准?Section 41.112(d)of 22 CFR是个什么性质的文件？ |

Remained可否也能理解是remained the same visitor status while being in the US
？工作手册里的上下文也没有合适的语境可以猜测... |
