deal不错,奇怪的是,在term and condition中,说必须us citizen or 绿卡才可以
participate.这个我很confuse:这个participation是time share的资格,还是买这个
package deal的资格?
如果前者, 为什么不明说,在package deal页面讲明白,只有公民or绿卡才能买这个
package,而
是藏的很深,在一般人不会看的地方?如果是前者,我买了以后,会不会hotel检查我没有
绿卡就不让我
住或者改rate?
如果是后者,我不能participate这个time sharing program,是不是我就白白享受这个
package,而不用受"教育"?那岂非更好?

to map and directions will be provided in an email confirmation that
will be sent to you upon booking a reservation.
This is an exclusive offer from Fiesta Americana. During your vacation
stay, you may be presented with the opportunity to learn about the

*This promotion is available to vacationers who are married or
cohabitating and traveling together. One of the Participants must be at
least 30 years of age.
*Participants must be citizens or permanent residents of the United
States or Canada.
*Participants must be gainfully employed full time or retired and have a
combined household income of at least $50,000 USD per year.
*This offer may not be used in conjunction with any promotional offer or
for use with a vacation ownership week. Also, this offer is not
available to current owners of a Fiesta Americana vacation product or

*Valid identification is required at check-in.
*A valid major credit card is required at check-in for security deposit
and incidentals. A check/debit card with Visa or MasterCard logo is NOT
a major credit card and Discover Card is also NOT accepted.
*Guest understands that the payment shall be automatically debited on
the day of the initiation of their order.
*Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm.
*In the event SaveOnResorts.com is informed by the resort developer that
your selected travel dates are unavailable, SaveOnResorts.com reserves
the right to offer substitute accommodations of equal or greater value
if available or you will receive a full refund for the total monies paid
to SaveOnResorts.com excluding additional fees incurred for previous
reservation modifications.

Cancellation and Re-scheduling Policy
Rescheduling and Adjusting Your Reservation:
We know plans change. Sometimes an emergency arises and other times, you
just end up needing a more convenient date than the one you originally
chose. That's why SaveOnResorts.com offers a flexible rescheduling and
adjustment policy.
As long as you call us at least 3 business days before your arrival
date, we can reschedule or make adjustments to your vacation for $29.
Adjustments include, but are not limited to, adding nights, subtracting
nights, changing package gifts, adding package gifts, or subtracting
package gifts. Please note that if you don't give us at least 3 business
days notice, our cancellation policy will apply. (See Below)
To reschedule or make adjustments to your reservation please call us at

calling after office hours or emailing, please make sure to include:
your name
your reservation number
the original date of arrival and departure
your new date of arrival and departure
Canceling Your Reservation:
SaveOnResorts.com also understands that on occasion, you can't
reschedule your trip and must cancel instead. You can do this at no cost
within the 1 day grace period by 12/5/2010 at 10PM EST of scheduling
your trip, unless the reservation is being made within the cancellation
period of 3 business days. A $79 cancellation fee will be charged if you
cancel your trip after the grace period. The remaining balance will be
refunded to your credit card. You will also receive a $50 credit
applicable to another vacation package through SaveOnResorts.com for up
to twelve (12) months from the date of cancellation.
If you cancel (or make changes) your reservation 3 business days or less
before your arrival date, you will be assessed a $79 cancellation fee
plus 1 room night (at the additional night room rate). The remaining
balance will be refunded to your credit card. The cancellation period of
3 business days supersedes any provision within this Cancellation and
Rescheduling Policy.
We can only process cancellations by phone, (858) 625-0630. Emails are
not an acceptable form of cancellation.
PLEASE REMEMBER: No refunds will be given for no-shows, early checkouts
