I still have some UA voucher from the CITI TYP program. Since the voucher is
going to expire at the end of this month, I decide to book a cheap flight,
through away the ticket, and get the remaining value as new voucher with new
expiration day a year from today.
However, when I go to the airport ticket counter, the UA CSR told me it is
not going to work. The newly issued voucher will still expire at the end of
this month!!!
Is that their new policy? Or how to I do to keep the majority of | s******x

of just a "credit"), you should know the new voucher will have another year.

我的理解是买完票后 剩下没用完得VOUCHER有新一整年的有效期
而不是依据原本VOUCHER的有效期
可是那个柜台大妈说不是 应该依据原本的
后来他找了另一个CSR 也跟大妈同一个说法
我才想说是不是规矩改了...
所以我理解应该没错吧

自己不清楚。
我这个月刚刚出过票，规矩和以前一样。
