I am planning the travel to LV and the national parks around. Could you
please give me some suggestion about my plan? Thanks a lot in advance!
Day1: Drive from LV to GC south rim in the morning, stay close to park;
Day2: Drive from GC south rim around noon to Bryce, stay somewhere close (
how long does it take for driving for this part in the winter?)
Day3: Spend half of a day in Bryce, drive from bryce to Zion around 3PM,
stay in Zion (driving is around 2 hrs?);
Day4: Spend most of | x*****2 发帖数: 1683 | 2 That is a bad idea. Driving from Grand Canyon South Rim to Bryce takes 7.5
hours without break assuming road conditions are good. Driving from LV to
Grand Canyon will take 5 hours. You spend most time in your car. I suggest
you to skip the Grand Canyon and do Zion and Bryce instead. If you really
want, you can go to Death Valley too which takes 2 hours one way. | l******n 发帖数: 32 | 3 Thank you very much for your reply. The fact is that I will stay in LV for 9
nights:
First 3 nights: LV
4th night: Death Valley
5th night: LV
6th night: Grand Canyon
Then I will have about 3 days, so I plan to go to more parks.But I really
don't know the road conditions in winter.
What would you do if you were me? Any suggestions? How about I drive back to
NV from grand canyon and spend the 7th night there, and then the next day
drive to Zion, spend the 8th night in Zion, and spend the next day
