I will graduate in next Jan. with master degree in Structural
engineering. I post my resume on monster, hotjob, careerbuilder
etc. But I found nobody view the resume.
So I wondered something wrong in it. Maybe I need some special
key words in it. Anybody can help me out?

believe staff from there will help you polish your resume or give some
interview skills if necessary. In addition, have you attended job fair in
your university? It is the best opportunity for new graduate students to land
jobs. In addition, monster, hotjobs or careerbuilder are not much helpful for
civil graduates in the states. Looking form some specialty website, and I
advise to look through http://www.enr.com There a

http://www.tongji.org, and espcially contact ppl in the DC or NY chapter. As
I know, some of them are structural engineers, and working in some consulting
firms. They might give you some suggestions on your resume and application
skills. If you are lucky, they might become your internal referral. Good
