construction management when I was in China. However, they are not comparable
completely to the ones done within equal years in US. So I would like to trace
both of them as the beginning of my career in US, though my qualifications in
Birdge seem more impressive than the one for Building.
I began to prepare my resume on building industry last week since I am pretty
upset on my Fiasco in my recent interviews. You might k |

不知道有几个已经工作了(cymms应该是工作的），因为我觉得美国公路是比较发达的，但
是桥梁很大程度上都是
一些什么小屁桥吧？做真正所谓的大项目，比较好的机会多吗？就算你去一些bridge在EN
R排名前十的公司，轮到做大项目的机会应该不多吧？而那些小屁桥对以后的资历说实话
长进不是很大吧？所以哪位发表一些看法着？？？
关于Fiasco，我认为不用太着急啦。我认为现在美国市场有好转，根据manpower历年的分
析，秋季是工作机会增加最多的，只是不太清楚entry level 有多少比例。不过我觉得很
多公司都在招人，特别entry-level bridge engineer，很多都是很不错的公司，我也拿
了几个interviews的机会，一切都还在等待中，所以GunAndRose既然你很偏向bridge，努
力啦。

In US, we are not really expecting the big projects but the experience in
doing all kinds of projects in accumulating the American Experience in your
resume. The first job is so difficult, and it is the herald of the next big
opportunity.
All engineer in big projects are experienced guys. Ppl won't train you in the
deadline-cutting projects. They are expecting your efficiency, which has been
acculmulated into your blood before you are committed to them.

做了段时间， 发现LA这里类似的GC很多
但是规模都不大。 一般承接的是1 million -20million的项目
我公司的基本都是5-15之间的项目。 都补是很大。
不过才开始么， 一先积累点经验再说
entry level我感觉还是补是很好找
