It's difficult to say whcih is more important, the number
of TJ students going abroad, the rank of TJ.
If more TJ students go abroad, it is somewhat helpful to
increase the fame of TJ, then perhaps the rank of TJ will be
increased.
If TJ get higher rank, just like Frog University, more TJ
students will be more easily to go abroad.
Sigh, I don't know lah....

偶抖胆以为，对于现今中国而言，新生的高考入学分数之高低是检验
学校之社会认可度的最重要之标准。最近几年的入学分数，以考生
大省湖北为例，去年是派在13名。偶想这与同济作为历史悠久的
学校以及地处上海有至关重要。今年于铁道合并，在全国一共招收
7800，其中在上海3400左右，分数线排名肯定会下降，无庸讳言。
至于鼓励更多的TJ学生出国，从长远的角度看，应该有助于提高
TJ的国际致命度。不过这种的作用是短时间内没有效果的，对于
急功近利的人们来说是不屑一顾的。而且这种现象应该是学校
实力上升到一定程度上的必然结果。不从提高办学质量着手５幕埃
实在是舍本逐末。嘿嘿
偶认为，同济目前最应该做的 是如何提高自己的学术水平。讲得实
际
一点，不妨也要求一下自己的国际EI/SCI论文数量。须知TJ在这个
方面实在是太差的说。TJ要树立“学生第一，学术第一”的办学思想
，
把学生的利益放在首要的位置，让学生有参与学校管理的权力，真正
体现“同舟共济”之校训。

ability of searching for inforamtion.
Unless like frog university, there is the regulation that
graduate students should have a paper by EI/SCI index before
graduation.
