it's basically an 8-week course in a local community college. they teach
multiple games, if you only want poker, it can be even shorter. then you can
register for an exam with your state gaming commission.
once you get your license, for a real job, you need to pass an audition with
the casino, just like an interview.
i heard the hard part for avg. people is either english or simple math (
counting).
if i got it, i'll carry it around to our home games to brag, haha.

on avg., for a good running casino like WV, one should expect $200+ in tips
every day, with $(minimum wage)/hr, plus some basic medical insurance, 401K,
etc.
so realistically, i guess it's like a 70K+ job (with some tax "tricks").

。 我都替他急。又慢， 又屡屡出错。

dealer如果自己不常玩这个的，反应可能是要慢一些，不是急嚎嚎的误muck掉，就是屁
大点问题要找floor。
还有些业务能力太差，见过不止一个dealer，口口声声的说mini raise必须是double，
或者multi-way，其中一个short stack all-in了，另外一个人还没有act过，告诉人家
他只能call，不能raise......
就这样的，还整天耷拉着个脸，慢吞吞的，真不好意思挣这份工作钱。
说实话，7万一年，高中文化就可以，带简单福利/保险，真还不赖。
