Hero has $135 with Ad5d8c9c. Flop QdTd7h. So hero had nut flush and open
ender draw. Here went all in, 3 calls. Turn is another diamond, complete the
flush. check, all in , fold, fold.
Then the dealer throw the remaining cards into the muck and push the pot
into the guy who went all in. He completely forget Hero is in the pot and
didnt deal the river card! The table screams " there's another player in the
pot". The floor came over and said there's no way he can retrieve the
undealt cards and reshuffle it. So he has to void the hand. But he gave me
two options. chop the pot or give the money back to all players. WTF!! I ask
the other player is it possible for him to win the pot. He showed KdJd..
second nut flush with one outer 9d to win the pot with straight flush. Damn.
The floor's ruling stands and we chop the pot. I lost $250 because of the
dealer's mistake. I just feel that casino provide service and players take
the responsibility for their employee's mistake. | f*****g

because both hit a full house on QQ77x alike board and the pot was small.
you have the right to ask for the video in this case, and i believe other
players all saw both hands and the board. most of times the other party will
accept his hand loses and game moves on.
floor tends to make a relatively "safer" decision in these situations,
although it hurts one player.

floor made the correct ruling in this one, since the hand was not complete
at all, 1 or 20 outs didn't make a diff. here. same thing like the floor
cannot give the pot to AA vs. KK preflop, or on Axx flop, or AxxK turn....
it sucks but it's the dealer's fault. if the deck was not mixed with mucked
cards, a re-shuffle for the remaining deck is reasonable, as in "inmature"
river card.
