当中看到 3 条大活鱼，怎耐等牌等到脑子要爆，好容易等到一副 open end str and
flush draw , over the top all in, 被大活鱼用一 middle pair snap call 之，死
活 draw 不到，遂 stuck $400 大元。
无奈只能从新 buy in, 又像孟江女一样苦等老公(好牌) 降临。所幸到晚上来了几副，
把清光我的活鱼反清了。搬回损失 还盈余 300。
回家路上把这 300 数了又数，14 小时的生命，唤来每小时 20 元的回报，感叹打牌咋
这么苦，现实真残酷，梦想中的high stake 是永远和我无缘了，赚点前比 七八十岁的
老牛产奶还难，还不如做护士呢。 | s*********k

take that as recreation , not bad. If take as a career, forget it. | t********t

话说回来，full time打1/2 live有可能满足日常生活需要吗？ | f*****g

yeah, we may feel great when we go home with $2K in pocket, but we all know
that we go home sometimes with $1K- less too. if we take home $300 most of
time, be happy with it, tax free, right?

self discipline...
for basic living costs, i figure you have to make $20K/year, right? divide
this by X hours you play in a year, you'll see.
but many agree $15-20/hr is very good for $1/2 in the long term, so you may
have to put in 1000+ hours IF you're that good.
and, if you live far away, include travel time/hotel cost/food too.
in general, i'd say, very tough job for $1/2 grinders and you'll have no
life outside this "job".

发帖数: 5415 | 6 figured...2/5可能会好一些。$15/hr确实不错了，考虑到1/2 game里任何形式的bad
beat都会
反复出现（比如pre call shove with J9o and beat AK，turn/river 2pair against
overpair之类）...我只求能把油钱和饭钱打回来就好...
