poorly at medium stake MTT. I tried one at micro stake; it paid out.
At the same day/time, I tried one medium stake MTT (24+2 buy-in for $
guarantee) and I DID NOT EVEN WON A SINGLE HAND. The starting chips is 3,000
and BB goes up in every 10 minutes. I was there for TWO HOURS and so I saw
many many hands. Seriously no single hand won!?

Like to try medion buy-in once or while. Saw MiniFTOP final once. It pays
25K+ each. Not to expect to get a score yet. But surely ready to
touch the water and try out.
I believe I have not get the texture yet.

it's very tough to win one, or let's say, you play 3 on average in a day,
may finish 1 big in 2 months?

I found play at weekend is much better. Play at weekday for 6/7 hour tourney
is waste of time since do not have the energy level after a day's office. I
will limit play at weekday since. So to score, it might take 1/2 years
based on your formula. haha | f*****g

check pokeryjj and kkrun's data at www.pokerprolabs.com, they both had quite
a few decent finishes last year, but also you can see how hard it is (i.e.,
how often).

Only the final table guys get decent money. Even finish around 10 to 20, the

nothing. fcf said his friend, who's a tournament guy, spends $50K on MTT buy
-ins every month, imagine that! it's definitely much tougher than most cash
games.

to final table), and he won pretty easily. i watched it on the side too.
no matter what, he did get a huge score or first barrel of gold, and
afterwards, it's hard to hold him back.

time. he is a big underdog on higher stakes with huge negative ROIs. he is
probably just an average guy like us who got lucky once.

tourneys he plays now, it's really hard for him to keep up.
all good tourney players are in those games everyday, i won't be surprised
he has -ROI.
as for that final table, it's really a miracle, i remember all top 3
finishers had only small wins (like $XXX or XXXX at most) before that, and
crouts actually was the "best" among them, lol.
and, it's not a small buy-in one at all, it's like $200 or $500 (can't

negative ROI. All had never a significant win before. When they chat on
making a deal,
one guys says he had <15$ at account and the other say <1$. Serious.
Yes it does take experiece and skills. Say that improves chance by 5X. But
if the non-experienced and non-skilled are 100X over. The non-experienced/
skilled will and should dominated the final table. That is what happened,
