SSN是坚决不给的，这种chase的gift card应该是一次性的，
ftp deposit 应该要钱的吧。比如说收个10元手续费，激活费之类。
所以deposit的金额应该是500-fee

to use it is your choice.

credit cards turn down such poker transactions too.
bank transfer is free but involves too much personal info. some banks even
threaten to close your account (unless you use it solely for poker, and
don't care).

don't know they bypass it, since i heard AMEX is very strict on online
gaming.
