标 题: 家里装修有２个小问题 请教

１。买房前，车库上的浴室曾经漏水，车库的天棚留下一块黑迹。怎么处理比较好？
２。新装修了浴室，拧开水到最大，正常水应该从下面的龙头出来，但上面的喷头也会
有少量水流出。把那个小机关提上去，按理应该完全从上面出水，有时，下面还有少量
水从下面的水龙头滴出。这个可以修好吗？或重新安装？
