rock school district)有一个single house作为投资,买了一年左右升幅还可以(据
说20%-30%)。Agent比较建议尽快卖,因为觉得之后不一定升的那么好了。
一直有报道好像很多人move到德州,不过印象中没有大规模公司的迁移,感觉没有像硅
谷那种火热,所以感觉Austin这次的升幅可能更多来自周期性的上升。不过小弟也不在
德州,没有太多context,请大家多赐教 |
