rock school district）有一个single house作为投资，买了一年左右升幅还可以（据
说20%－30%）。Agent比较建议尽快卖，因为觉得之后不一定升的那么好了。
一直有报道好像很多人move到德州，不过印象中没有大规模公司的迁移，感觉没有像硅
谷那种火热，所以感觉Austin这次的升幅可能更多来自周期性的上升。不过小弟也不在
德州，没有太多context，请大家多赐教 |
