Two years ago, I paid $54.99/m for 15/5
you can try the trick I mentioned b4:
install fios, cancel in 30 days (I guess no penalty),
then sign up again, now your address is fios ready.
(the trick was mentioned in the link below)
But I'm not sure if this trick still works.
And I'm not sure the deal will last that long.
