只不过。。。看不出来有啥好处，坏处到是挺多。

from immigration legal standpoint: B1/B2 can not go to the public school
because of the nature of the visa!
from school standpoint: they cannot refuse the admission of any residential
kids and they dont care about the visa things at all based on TX Education
Administrator!
so this is a gray area. you can take chance to go but u take risks for
future visa issues!
I did it for 2 months 2 years ago and I left already. so far so good.
it is on your own call!!!! |

发帖数: 345 | 13 并不是只有overstay visa才算是违反移民法，如果做跟所持签证不相符的事情也会有
问题，比如旅游签证来美国后非法工作。我觉着这个问题与其在这里打听，不如直接去
问想要入学的学校。不过4岁到上学的年龄了吗？我知道kindergarten是5岁入学。
