Please refers to the below two photos, 1 is the house price and down pay, 2
is Chase estimated monthly payment. Why is property tax is only $138 per
month for a 220K house in Texas? Really confused.
$1047.75 is the total including principal, interest, and property tax each
month? can not believe that low since property tax rate in TX is about 3%
based on my understanding.

发帖数: 2172 | 2 Property Tax 同一个州里面, 不同地方都不同. 而且不以卖价为准, 以COUNTY评估价
为准. 所以CHASE这个计算器是不可能做的那么准的. 你要准的要自己到COUNTY去查到
税额, 然后用下面的计算器算.
220K的房子一般要交个5,6千一年吧.
