HOA will have limitations, but just follow their limitations should be fine,
I guess.
Permitting is not a issue compared to HOA.
The purpose is to live in rather than reselling. Don't need to worry about
market too much.
Any other issues to think about?

builder牵着鼻子走吧？
更何况整个过程得至少一个人头full time盯着吧？有这么多精力吗？
这样一算，这subtotal一定会比直接入住的便宜吗？ |

发帖数: 307 | 9 真的到了这种层次的就不会担心$，他们玩的就是个人风格和control。咱公司里面有人
做了(不是在TX），他承认，这花的精力和$是多了，但他非常享受那种[过程]并有很强
的[满足感]。
