Their price has gone up a lot this year. I also had bad experience with them
for my previous house. I noticed that Allied Home Warranty has lower price
but I'm not sure if their coverage is enough to cover the repairs http://www.alliedhomewarranty.com/Your-plan.aspx. Both companies have $60 deductible per claim.
Anyone is using Allied Home Warranty? Or any other suggestions?

something is broken), otherwise forget about it, as if you stay long enough
, you are kind of self insured without paying commission. |

a better quote. I switch from old republican to american first shield and
get the same price as a new transaction. |

handyman诊断费差不多，没啥意思，回头说条款里规定哪里使用不当引起的，换新件还
得你自己掏钱。
对于大件，一般就是热水器和空调，是买home warranty的关键。这里面的trick很多，
如果你外部空调机周边清理的不干净，也可以拒赔。我上次换室外机，他们指定的人要
收3、4百刀零件费，我想不行自己找人修看home warranty公司能报销多少，说只给报
销$150。反正你是案板上的肉，对他们来说，只是横着切还是竖着剁。

没保险找人没区别
