Position: Accountant
Location: 121 N. Pasadena Blvd, Pasadena, TX 77506
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare daily bank account report
2. Make material purchasing payment (wire transfer, ACH) & expense
payment
3. Manage check & cash
4. Credit card management
5. Make monthly report:
• Bank reconciliation
• Financial statements
• A/R aging report
6. Support CPA for tax return & other tax issues
7. Coach accounting assistants (incl. three locations) to ensure the data
in quickbook is correct.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree with solid accounting knowledge, 3-year
accounting experience, CPA is preferred
• Be proficient in quickbook enterprise & Excel
• Be a quick learner, flexible, and able to handle multi-task
efficiently;
• Have strong sense of responsibilities, team spirit, good
communication and organization skills, and pay attention to details
