Cancelled all the services such as internet, cable, all utilities.
Tried to call several times to cancel italkbb.
They said I need to call in on the aniversary date to cancel.
I cannot even call in one day earlier.
I told them to cancel on that day for me. Ask them to put a request in my
account.
They said they cannot do that.
I need to call exact that day to request the cancellation.
That is Sunday. I am not sure how long I will be on hold.
Stay away from that company. |

Just so frustrated. I told them that I want to pay the whole year service
and want to cancel. But italkbb still insist that I should call in on the
last day to request the cancellation.
The only advantage for them if I did not call in that day. They can charge
me another month service. What a trash company.

waited about one month still didn't receive the replace one. 各种理由借口，
就是不帮你停service.真心严重不推荐 |

tracking info，但他们不理
睬. 我坚持不付账单，他们居然让collection agent来收账，我很生气，向BBB投诉，
BBB非常负责，和我来去信好几次，负责了解情况，后来italkbb没法才取消了我的账单
。其实钱不多，也就3，40块，但我忍不了这口气，所以花时间和他们纠缠。 |
