只考虑小孩上初中，高中的学区，以及小区的安全性，生活的便利性。

小区建设的很好，很安全。生活很便利，中国人很多，还有大华超市。
地产税低，房价稳定。

老美，由于这样那样的原因，根本不会考虑的。
相反，至少有一所大家挤破头的学校不再上面。
