发帖数: 205 | 1 我刚找到DALLAS VA medical Center的 RN工作,老公是CPA,他的公司在LBJ 和
hillcrest交接
处,一个孩子上7年纪,还有一个才2岁,我花了一个星期才找到APARTMENT,是靠近forest
line地铁站,这样成全了儿子上westwood junior high和老公上班近,但是我要开车5分
到地铁站然后red line change to blue line,还要一个小时才能到VA.我还不敢在大城
市开车.找apartment 很局限,3br,2br,review好的钱也贵,还要成全学校和我们上班的
地点.现在订了八个月的租期,租金$1350.
买房子的事更是一头雾水,究竟买在哪里,30万是不是买不到好学区和安全的区域(还得
兼顾我和老公上班地点)
请求建议!!!
我儿子在我们这里也是A学生(小城),喜欢science,Obama male leadship 靠在VA旁边,
是不是值得申请呢?

family house cost 600K above.
I just closed a 2bed 2 bath condo for a buyer for around 200K in highland

This unit is in Dallas but with Highland Park ISD. Sent in offer on the
first day on market. Client wanted to send kids to highland park schools
next year.

Highland Park
Condo that I just purchased for my buyer. So your kid will be attend
highland park schools.
HPID is one of the best school districts. It has nationwide reputation. Many
Ivies
will recruit from Highland Park ISD.
Many house over Million Dollars.
Automatically enroll if you have a house or rent a house/apartment in the
Highland Park IDS.In order to attend HPID, the cheap solution is to purchase
a condo or rent an apartment.
It will also qualify for UT Austina 10% (not sure if change to 8%)
automatical admission policy.
For private schools, the students cannot use 10% automatical admission.
