If you want to save the attorney's expense, then you need an experienced
agent to help you. This dose not means your agent will act like an attorney,
it only means he knows his words. |

to the standard languages of the contract, and there are no any special
situations in the sale, then many people would not use an attorney. If you
don't feel comfortable though, you should hire an attorney. |

need to hire attorney unless you really want to double check. Just ask your
agent to explain the contract one item by another item. |
