2011. It is 850sf, second floor. The rent is only $725 (which is much lower
than current rent). As you may have already heard, the community is very
nice, very close to SMU, and there is SMU shuttle service everyday. It is
also very close to UTSW medical center. 15mins by high way and only 25mins
