leaving Houston soon and we want to find a nice place to chat after work.
I thought about Starbucks, but I feel it's not a place for a bunch of people
sit and chat together. I wish we can find a reserved room or something like that.

around 5pm-7pm, without having dinner, correct?
If so, depending where your office is, I would suggest a sushi restaurant:
usu. between 5pm-7pm, they have happy hour, so you guys can chat over sushi
and japanese green tea. But try avoid the popular ones such as RA, it's way
too loud and crowded.
