原来能打平手的哥们儿自从练了半马现在轻松虐我。。。
减肥20斤，可提高0.5吗？

能帮助不大了， 到那水平大家在这方面的水平都不错了， 更注重爆发能力。
我最近还吃大饼油条呢。。。 什么时候奔一个。。。

player in Texas vs one of my friend.
The #1 open ranked player is old school, uses a thick frame Wilson Hammer (
from the 90s), his form is not that good at all.... I guess he may be a +++
version of Bayarea 战神 LJ.
My friend was a top Jr. in Spain, he played with Wawrinka, Tsonga, Nadal...
he said he beat Nadal back in the days (well, now we watch Nadal on TV,
and he's teaching at park tennis courts lol)... much better forms, hits the
ball HARD...
In the end, the bad form old school won in 3 sets.

~10min, just rallying, I can hold my ground with him.
The redneck just doesn't give any free points, defensive slices that doesn't
land that deep nor too much angle, just grind it out until my friend over
plays. My friend is not in good condition* compare to him, and he's hot
headed lol. I thought he should have play the guys' forehand more....
*don't get me wrong, he's probably still better conditioned than 99.9% of us
on the board, just at his level, it's different.

大多数人都是先入为主看球的时候谁nb就支持谁，支持久了就成了习惯
