, now is 90% cured.
1. The best elbow brace - BandIT

However, this bandit brace tends to get very slippery due to sweat
underneath. You don't want to strap it too tight. So I eventually wear an
elbow sleeve underneath. I saw many people do the same.
2. The best elbow sleeve - McDavid 512

This is the elbow sleeve that I wear under BandIt, so I can tighten BandIt
to medium tension that it doesn't fall off.
3. The best elbow strengthening exercise (very important !!)

You can do it even it hurts a little bit. If you can do 20 repetition
without hurting, it means that you elbow is almost cured.
4. The best technique that you need to use during tennis match
LOOSEN your grip tension! You need to hold the racquet just like you're
holding a small bird.
5. The best racquet for tennis elbow
NOT stiff racquet. If you have Babolat racquet, you'd better sell them. Most
Babolat racquets are really stiff. The stiffness rating should not exceed
65/66.
6. The best string for tennis elbow
Multifilament or Soft poly if you cannot afford natural gut
7. Another best technique that you need to use during tennis match
Try not to swing the racquet late. You need to learn the correct timing.
Most elbow stress is coming from tight grip and late swing, which a lot of
impact goes to your elbow. When I see balls comes to me really fast, I need
to apply very compact swing, hit it on the rise, blind backswing (try to
watch Feel Tennis on youtube), quick pivot, etc. You need to sense that if
you swing late, there is a lot of risk to your elbow. |

没有best,每个人都不一样。比如你那个第三条,我去年做五十现在做一百都不疼。

当然每个人情况不一样，如果你有其他方法可以治愈球肘那也不错。如果你的球肘还没
有治愈的话，不妨虚心听一下，也许其中某几条就是你elbow问题的根源。

pro的确也会晚，但人家意识到了会调整swing的timing， 一般wsn没意识往往依旧arm
the ball。

matter a lot. No matter what techniques you use, when we are not young but
still play a lot, then we will start to have problem with knees or arms, or
both.

发帖数: 4816 | 20 Basically, 得TE或者GE的原因就是因为受伤的地方，more likely is the Elbow part
, 承受不住它所受的冲击了，就导致它发炎或扭伤。
当然form，timing都对是否得TE有密切关系，因为form & timing好，那就可能让
elbow所受的冲击弱一些。除了form & timing，还有好多其它因素都可能影响，比如
racquet stiffness，string， string tension，还有打球的频率和强度，最重要的，
是自己elbow的strength，这个就会随着年龄的不断增长而在衰退的自然规律了。还有
一个因素，那就是打完一场激烈的比赛之后，身体没有得到很好的恢复，就又去进行下
一场高强度的比赛了，这种情况是最容易让自己出现TE的了。
好多 >45岁的4.5, 5.0朋友都还没 TE/GE 问题，那只能说明他们elbow strength还能
承受得起对elbow的综合冲击。

在他可能有一年没有打网球了。几个月前，因为有Austin美女要过来玩，他就提前一周
又把网球拍子拿起来了。结果刚刚练习一次网球，还没等Austin美女来呢，自己就得TE
了。
我知道他的tennis form和水平应该至少是4.25的。但怎么在他停下来网球至少半年后
，再一打网球，就突然TE了呢？因为自己不再是20多岁或30岁的年轻人了，在放下
tennis的那段时间了，elbow strength随着这么长时间不打网球而衰弱了，这种情况可
能就同form和timing根本没有关系了。 |

interested in knowing one example.
Let's say it this way:
When I used the old Radicals, stiffness 58, they feel too soft, almost like
plastic.
Dunlop 200G's stiffness is 39.

子彻底伤到。
一记完美的网球击球理论上对肘的冲击为零，无论什么拍，线。钢丝都无所谓。
