have so many crushing loses and almost never win again 4.0's in singles
matches. After switching to PS BLX 6.1.90 early this year, I suddenly found
I was able to compete in almost all singles matches and occasionally won
matches with no bad loses in both league and ladder matches. Then, PS BLX 6.
1.90 started to give me wrist problems, I switched back to my old soft
Prince EXO3 tour and Head Microgel Radical. After I added lead tape to make
these racquets to 12+ oz. I got the same good results. I guess 4.0 = super 3
.5 with a 12+ oz racquet. |

1200 consecutive hits against wall using PS90 with full swings at 50-60%
power earlier this year. A heavy racquet allows me to hit faster pace balls
that are above my previous comfort zone consistently.

主要那会更没任何动作，双方都不敢发力也不会发力，就互相轻轻把球打回去，呵呵

我只能一百一百地数，用手指头帮忙可以勉强数到一千，在多就溢出了，想数到1200除
非两手都是六指。

发帖数: 758 | 18 I chose to stop then, not a mishit at 1200:-). Anyway this is much easier
than 15 hits with 100% power, and it does not help the game a bit. Every
time I play a many-year 4.0, I still feel like an underdog.
