对手是刚毕业半年的小罗莉。原来是打DivII college.毕业后就到我们club作Teaching
Pro了。她今年也打USTA 5.0和10.0的比赛，5.0单打50%胜率，双打100%胜。10.0进
Sectional Championship了。所以应该是个Female Avg. 5.0.
上个月club训练时，她主动要和我拉了20分钟球。今天她正好代我们中午的Program。
她让我和她单打下。一开始，明显感觉她疏于训练，很快我就4-0领先了。搞的我都有
点不好意思了。加上她手感逐渐回来了，如果我同一落点连打两次基本她就是一个大角
度压线winner.很快就4-3了。只能马上改变战术，不停的左右，drop shot, approach
shot.保住了自己剩下的发球局6-4第一盘。第二盘继续同样战术3-1领先时到点了。
总结,经过正式训练的确实不一样。虽然她今天失误很多但每个拉开角度的球基本都是
贴线或稍差一点，看的出来就是手感还没完全回来。女子和男子NTRP应该不止差0.5。
她今天这水平只能算男子avg. 4.0。 |

As I said many times, IMO, the difference between M and F is 1.0 in singles. in doubles, it is 0.5.

I hit my fastest serve to T, she can consistently return CC winner to the
corner.

perfect, you can't just simply overpower her! You have to make her run first
, pull her out of the court, out of balance. Then you will have chances.

And I move faster than she tought. She came to net and hit couple of drop
volley. I went there and hit some passing shots. She was very surprised that
I can be so fast. LOL

ask her to self rate 3.0 so we can play 7.0 mixed double. I also thought if
she didn't like to self rate so low, she can self rate 4.0 to play 8.0 mixed
. Then I heard that she already played 5.0. What a waste!

But I dd see some Div II/III college player self rate 4.0 succesffuly in the
past couple of years.
