第一个set,拿着K90,整天不由自觉地就刷起topspin,想用暴力时,就觉得压不了球,暴力
不起来,与对方的来回还是太多了.最后自己狂抽一板就出界.4:6输掉.第二个set,换成
KPS88,感觉就好很多了,能压住球,基本上kill一个一个准.来回不多,也就是两三拍左右
.6:3速胜.然后聊了十多分钟的天.结果第三个set一上来,手感全无,3:6速败.
整场都是我压着他打,基本上都跑到位了,但就是暴力时失误太多,90%都是我的正手失误
.反手基本上没有什么失误.单反swing起来非常舒服,应该是单反的swing path比较完整
,所以即使加力也相当consistent.看来要重新练一下正手了... |

for a while then and train my running speed and endurance more.
My goal is:
5K: under 20 mins
10K: under 45 mins
marathon: 3:30
Then I should be able to survive in 4.5.

You can just follow a 5K training plan if you want. Like here:

But even for 5K, it still requires you to run a lot. The weekly mileage is
around 20~25 miles.

Even better to just do 50m dashes, x number of times. It's all about the
acceleration. :o
For x-training endurance just swim or bike - running is too hard. lol

endurance a lot. Maybe after this training, your 1st set is lighting fast,
slow down in the 2nd set and crash in the 3rd set...

endurance training will help for being a pusher. The shorter distance
training is for a faster pusher.
x-training is great for tennis generally, but not good enough for a pusher.

up your acceleration and directional change. You ain't gonna get that from
running 10 more marathons.
BTW why are you still making these stupid claims about being 2.5 and wants
to be a better 'pusher' anyway? It's pretty obvious from your ben that you
are neither. So no point keep on emphasizing it lah. hehe |

people here. So when I post anything here, I will become 2.5 pusher. When I
play in the real life, I become whatever my current USTA NTRP level is.
The relationship between MITBBS NTRP and USTA NTRP varied from person to
person.
