这个系统式经过了改革的，综合考虑选手在一年时间内表现的动态变化。所以有保分的
说法，就是与去年该项赛事成绩的比较而定。
所有的系统只能做到相对科学。如果按你所说，每项赛事后，重新计分，那有可能一年
之内会出现好多个世界第一（谁得一次GS，就有可能短时间占据第一的位置）

way to look at it is to look at the 2010 race chart -- all
points a player has earned so far in year 2010.
In that chart, Nadal is 6230, Federer is 3285. Nadal is almost
3000 points ahead. Remember Federer only gained 1060 points on
clay while Nadal gained 5000.
Even before the French Open, Nadal led by more than 1000 points.
The whole reason you saw Federer leading by 3000 points is
his points from last year hadn't expired at that tim

you earned for a year. I am just thinking you should get some bonus
points if you successfully defend your title. Well, others may say that
will not be fair for the first time winners.
That being said, Federer just told Halle Official web site, his aim is
to regain the No. 1 at the end of the year according to the report
below. I hope he backs up his words with his deeds. |

己手中。
包揽温网，美网以及下半年的四个大师赛就可保证夺回至少3200分（即使Nadal全部进
决赛）。做到这个估计太难，基本上还得寄希望于Nadal后半程表现糟糕，Federer才有
可能今年重回第一。 |
