多买点球，先空挥，然后自抛自打，差不多可以稳定轻松打出界一点了，让
新手partner近距离扔球打。天赋好的话，打几个礼拜可以打着玩了。。

发帖数: 16592 | 4 如果对方是新手，可以商量一起练基本动作，要多准备球，一个先给一个喂球，先从扔
着喂开始。然后喂球的可以把球扔到自己脚下，然后用比较轻但是标准的stroke，喂到
一定的区，要求接球的人不能跑动太多，这对喂球人是要要求的，接球人要回到一个范
围内，至少是某半边的场子内。
还可以花一定时间打小场子找球感。 |

get a coach. There is a huge difference. Watching videos helps, but it
isn't as good as a coach.
