i used my partner's Prince racket, feel very good, he mentioned it was
Martina Navratilova's racket
Does anyone know the full name (model) of Martina Navratilova's racket?
i am using Head now, 4.1/4, his is 4.3/8, how come i feel a lot bigger the
handler is?
BTW, i need to replace my Head racket string, my head racket says: the pound
is 66lb +/- 4lb, any idea which string is good and do i really need to make
the pound nu |

wimbledom this year. this company dont sell ready-to-use racquets in bulk
like most of the major brands do, they only offer racquets customization
service for individual customers |

logo - she signed on with Yonex.
Currently she uses Bosworth.

old racket - why not just restring your old racket?
Don't know anything about this Price DB850. Looks really light to me, I don
't like big and light rackets, but you may. What's your Head racket's model?
besides - why the obsession with Martina's racket? My guess is no, she
never played with this model. This seems more like a beginner racket to |

cross: Prince Syn Gut w/Duraflex 17
$29 for strings and labor, not sure if the deal is OK since it
was my first time. |

I just ordered that Prince one, really like the BIG sweet spot, i would
use the Prince now until i get to solid 3.5 to 4.0, then switch to my
Head.

so that my volley and backhand are a lot better, even though i would
lose some power in my serves and my forehands.
i would play this Prince until i feel i need more power to switch to
my Head Intrepid 660

发帖数: 1632 | 18 Didn't LZ claim he serves like 2000+ balls a week? If I serve 2000+ balls a
week - I most certainly wouldn't be a beginner by now. Maybe LZ didn't
play tennis much since '93, so when he started playing more just recently,
he broke his string for the first time. Nothing wrong with that... I know
some good "pusher" type players who almost NEVER break strings. No biggie.
Newer rackets have nothing to do with performance, and everything to do with

illusions about this - I'm a recreational player, and so is 100% of the
people on this board I suspect. But this really has nothing to do with
anything.
I like my 93 sqin MGPM, not because I have illusions that I can suddenly
play like Safin - maybe when I was 16 and swung a PS6.0 85 for the first
time, I had imagined that I can serve like Pete, but I have grown out of
that quite a few years ago...

interesting racket, I want to try it! To put it nicely, we are always
looking for easy ways to improve our game - and you can't get much easier
than pop in a new racket and suddenly find out you can hit all your shots!
But to put it bluntly, sometimes we are just looking for excuses to our poor
performance - and it's much easier on our ego to blame it on our freaking
equipment than our lack of abilities.

to play with me last nite whose racket i had borrowed after my string
was broken.
Eddie told me Dennis played USTA before, he was rated 3.5.
How could i beat Dennis 6:0 last nite using his own racket? anyway
i am glad now that i ordered that racket today! |

Sam replied my ad at bayareadragon, he showed up on time at 4pm,
we warmed up and played one set, i won 6:2, after he left, i
practised 40 min. serves |
