experience.
The only solution is to play as many games as possible,
don't be afraid of losing ( or play with lousy player if you
really want to win... : ) soon you should find yourself
more relaxing, more comfortable in games.
BTW: Playing games are quite different from practicing, you
will have to learn to play the points, control the rhythm.
you need to practice, but no practice can replace actual

原来偶也一比赛就大失水平
后来打的多了,才敢发力,才敢打角度...
有时候跟熟的朋友打比赛,反正不当回事
所以看起来场面也好看,技术发挥的也好
一打正式比赛就不行
解决办法是--老跟我们的第一高手打比赛,谁输了谁掏场地费和晚饭钱...
大有成效。
结论:多打比赛,对每一场比赛都要认真对待。 : )

it is a simple math:
first,after bounce in the serve box the ball will reduce to the half of the
initial speed.second,returner just covers about half of the territory as he
does during ground rally. third,100m/h well placed serve can ace pros or
become unreturned one frequently. however, only master players can get a
decent stats on winners/unF.E.
last year usopen nalbandian blasted a 93m/h bh on a short chest-high ball,
commentors wowed that for a while.
