标 题: 未去法庭，交了罚款，能彻底消除记录马？

如果上法庭， case 会被 dismiss，因为所有的手续都办好了。异地的原因，就未去法
庭，但是交了罚款。这样的话,case 会被彻底dismiss吗？ |

我拿田州驾照和牌照，在密西西比超速被罚，交了罚款没法出庭打电话去法庭和密州
dmv联系，因为是初犯dmv让我加钱参加密州网上defensive driving lesson才取消超速
记录，我就当是破财消灾了
折腾完了保险没涨啥记录也没有，结局还算不错 |

发帖数: 2421 | 9 tag expiration is not a moving violation. so you do not have to worry too
much. Moving violation will be communicted to insurance company, that's a
pain and costly. Generally, parking ticket and expire tag are just fine.
expired insurance is NOT fine. It will jack up your insurance rate a lot!
it is categorized as moving violation.

this. One leader, maybe, told me it ok. I still worry about the issue.
They said the case cannot be dismissed, because I did not show up in the
court
But it is over.
However, there is still something on my records, because I did not show up,
I do not know what will be on my record yet.
who knows wether that guy knew the policy. 3x
