It is in nice Bellevue area and close to the Percy Warner Park.
It is about 7 miles to Vandy campus.
There is a bus stop (No. 3) right in front of the apartment.
There is some furniture in your room (including TV, desks, chairs, but no
bed) .
Your roommate is a nice male Chinese graduate student.
Your moving-in time is negotiable. As long as you can move in no later than
September, it should be OK.
