except he/she has filed I-485 and pending.

and work in TN for 6 months , or live for 12 months. . H4... not quite sure
though.

发帖数: 2421 | 5 i have a co-woker(American) he moved from out-state, his GF wanted to pay
instate tuition in the college located near Murfesboro, she told me that she
has to get a part time job and stay for 6 months to be qualified. For ppl
holding foreign country passport.. i do not know, but I doubt a xenophobia
state like TN would offer any benefits if at all.

可以去international office 问一下。。。结果告诉一下哈。。。。

even we just moved in TN for less 1 month at that time,
we got the document to waive out-state tuition without asking
how long we had stayed in TN. Actually, we asked this and mentioned
that we've just settled in. but it seems it was not a problem at all.
