nips10submit_e.sty: style file for LaTeX 2e (preferred)
尝试编译他们提供的tex 和 sty files，但是出错。
我用的是miktex 2.9, ide 用的是texniccenter , 在lyx 1.8.6也出现同样的错误：
undefined control sequence
