发现最后pdf里的图都是空白的，但是在dvi的时候是好的。图用的是eps格式。

i have no idea about winedt, as it is not free :)) and i have stopped using
it long time ago. but you should be possible to find the convertor winedt
uses from option/preference, and the actual commands.
the compiling seq should be: LaTeX -> dvi -> ps -> pdf

then rename one of your figure, and view the .dvi file: you can no longer
find your figure.
i.e., dvi files, not as pdf files, normally will only link (not embed) to
your figures (.ps files normally)

Windows: from Start -> run... , type `cmd' to get the command window.
then, type `dvipdfm --version' to see if it has been installed (by default,
it should be part of MikTeX)
then cd to your folder (or copy your folder under C:\, which is much easier
and cd into it) type
dvipdfm yourfile.dvi
to see if you can get yourfile.pdf correctly.

by following your suggestions. But it didn't work. Here is some information.
Mind if you take a look? Looks like a problem from PS-->PDF, how can I fix
it?

那幅图。一个 dirty trick，你用 gsview 将那幅图打开并另存一下，希望
dvipdfm 能认出新图

by adding % in front of D, then add the following line

before it. then delete yourfile.ps and yourfile.pdf, use

which calls the miktex ghostscript, mgs. what i am suggesting is using the
viewer of AFPL ghostscript to convert a figure to a certain format. are we
talking about the same thing?

convert .ps or .eps to .pdf. if ps2pdf works, then the para setting for gs
in the script file (ps2pdfwr) can be used for setting the distiller in the
conf of dvipdfm. or you can use gs as the distiller directly in conf.
i guess in the default conf there are too many para, and one or two of them
conflict with other settings.
BTW, a quick way to test if it's mgs' problem is to replace gs with mgs in
ps2pdfwr and check if ps2p

solves it. just for technical interest, i can summarize in this way: (i
suspect) his dvipdfm can not recognize the transmitter.eps file, because
there are so many formats ending at a .ps or .eps extention, and all the
software recognize only some. so i suggested him use gsview to convert the
transmitter.eps into transmitter.ps, which at least the AFPL gs can
recognize. and i hope that the miktex gs can also recognize it,
