(1) In my haste, I forgot to include the URL when in a previous posting in
the series of 台湾租车 I mentioned a web page about car rental from Taiwan
Tourism Bureau.

(a) On May 22, 2009 I had a posting that referred to a web site "operated by
and dedicated to foreigners in Taiwan." I forgot to provide the URL. This
is it.
(b) Web page 2 talked about car rental companies stealing its cars in the
past. (Tomorrow I will post a link which stated that car rental companies
used to track down the cars by GPS inside the cars | c**i
