My comment: I will add that no KMT offcials, certainly not Mr. Ma Ying-jeou
(in his former capacity of Taipei mayor and KMT chairman), were convicted
during ex-president Chen Shui-bian's eight-year reign. Judicials system in
Taiwan--from police to prosecutors to judges--had been all set up by K | c**i
