My comment: US balked to sign a tourism agreement with China, because US
insisted that Chinese should be able to come to US all by themselves,
without having to come and travel in groups. On the other hand, China
insisted that Chinese tourists had to come and travel in groups AND
sponsored by a China's travel agency. (Previously, a few | c****t

Come on, you know China, whihc requires Chinese to visit Taiwan--and
probablty many other nations.places--in groups. And you have never wondered
why?
More than half a year ago, I KNEW Chinese would ask me again and again. So
I preserved my posting in thie very Taiwan board. Here it is, dug out from

人旅游者. The text does not suggest 个人旅游 as compared with travel in
groups.
